Lillian B. Warner
Lillian B. Warner is a highly accomplished and results-oriented cybersecurity professional with a strong background in offensive security, threat intelligence, and project leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Cyber Warfare, from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master's degree in International Security from Harvard Extension School. Lillian also holds a TS/SCI clearance.
With a proven track record in the U.S. Air Force, Lillian has led threat emulation teams, conducted offensive security assessments, and developed defensive strategies to mitigate critical threats. Her expertise includes analyzing attacker methodologies, performing network traffic analysis, and creating threat intelligence reports. As a Red Team lead at Kessel Run, she established the organization's Red Team operations and led incident response efforts, securing a $1B weapon system. In a previous role, she authored concept of operations for Cyber Threat Emulation missions in the cyber-tasking Operations Center.
Lillian also has a strong history of leading and managing teams. She has led an 18-member team of platform engineers, a 12-member team of intelligence analysts, and a 7-member threat emulation team. She has also supervised training for more than 20 crew members and is skilled at fostering collaborative relationships across technical and operational teams. She has also served as a Product Manager, guiding the development and deployment of "war-winning software" and leading the migration of mission-critical applications to a modern, cloud-based platform, which saved the Air Force an estimated $204,000 annually and resolved 33,000 security vulnerabilities.
